D-Link DES-1016R详细描述
DES-1016R+是一款非网管独立型二层交换机。该机架安装式交换机专为工作组网络设计。每台交换机提供16个10/100Mbps端口，可与16个工作站或服务器连接。集线器也可以与该交换机进行连接。
所有端口都能自动适应计算机或集线器的网络速率，既可以10Mbps速率进行工作，也可以100Mbps速率进行工作。所有端口也都能够在全/半双工模式、流量控制及MDI/MDIX双绞线之间进行自动适应。
每台交换机都提供一插槽，能够安装供选择使用的2个快速以太网光纤端口，并且使用光纤与服务器连接最长支持2Km。
IEEE802.3x流量控制能够允许几台服务器直接与该交换机连接，进行快速、可靠地数据传输。在200Mbps全双工模式下，该交换机能够向服务器提供高速率数据传输通道，使数据传输的损失率降到最低。
MDI/MDIX自动适应功能避免了对交叉线缆或上行端口的需要。任何一个端口都可直接连接到服务器、工作站、集线器或其他使用普通直通双绞线线缆的交换机上。
